At CA, we aim to serve residents’ needs and interests. The Community Solutions Program (CSP) will enhance our communications and customer service efforts by providing a platform for residents to offer feedback and ask questions about CA’s programs, services and initiatives.
The Community Solutions Program provides a wide variety of benefits to you including the ability to contact CA 24/7 by phone or e-mail with your inquiries and the knowledge that you will receive a response via phone or e-mail
by the end of the next business day (Monday through Friday). The CSP Manager will either address your issue at that time or will refer you to a designated CSP liaison within the organization that is better-suited to handle your concern.
